I decided to give this LiveJournal another try. It's been years since I've wrote in here. You know, I kind of miss it. It was fun posting about what's up and then reading stuff from friends. LiveJournal was funner than Facebook in ways because you more so put people you want to know about on your friends and you get to know them better. On Facebook, you can get to know people but it's sort of stalkerish and I'm not going to browse through people's crap and whatnot to find something to talk about with them.
I am going to start up the LiveJournal craze again (yeah, right).
I'm tired but I will write an entry tomorrow. Until then, goodnight.

Strangly have been feeling really optimistic lately. I think I might have failed the psych exam but I did study for it and I think it was hard. I think there might be a curve because the teacher is really cool.
Just spent 30 minutes making Chris an icon. When he puts it in his LJ, you should see it, haha.
Well I think I need to go to bed at a decent time now. It's what, two... yikes...

The weekend was lots of fun : ). I think I might become a YL leader.
I went on the rope swing there and I fell off and I hurt my back so bad. Ouchies. My back smacked the water so hard, I was so glad I was wearing a lifejacket : ).

Shaved... Yep, here is a pic of me shaved. The color of my skin looks sort of messed up though because I took it using my phone camera.

Write 20 random facts about yourself, then tag the same number of people as minutes it takes you to write the facts.
1. I want to buy glow in the dark sunglasses but realized that I wouldn't need to buy them because when would I use them. 2. I'm been gaining a lot of weight here at CMU. 3. The backround on my computer is the CRIM course. 4. I am too shy to go up to a random girl and talk but with friends I am not afraid to say anything. 5. I need to do my dishes. 6. I miss Ms. Martin as an English teacher. 7. I shaved my goatee off. 8. I got to sleep in today until ten. 9. I want to go to JoAnn Fabrics and make something. 10. | I get to see Arron this weekend! |
[

We have a YL leadership thing this weekend. I'm really excited to see Arron, Jamison, Garvin, and them this weekend.
So yeah, been doing a lot of "soul searching" here lately. Working out more is helping out and yeah, I'm starting to really like myself again. I still have low selfesteem when it comes to girls although. But I don't know, I think I might just have that problem until I fall in love. The one time I was in love was really the only time ironically I felt really good about myself, when it comes to looks and that. I do think I have a good personality, I just don't think my personality is the right one for most girls. Oh well *sigh*
Just need to have faith and everything will work out my way : )

I think CMU will turn out to be a very good thing for me. Yes, I am away and miss the people I truelly love but sometimes things do not always go the way you want them. I may complain about being here at times but in all honesty, I am happy I am here.

My heart is racing right now. I think I will be fine but if anyone who is up late, could anyone call me tonight? Not too soon because I told some people I would play poker tonight but maybe in two or three hours. It's no big deal if anyone can't, I'll be fine. Just if anyone isn't doing anything.

(...and you said you didn't sleep. LIAR!)
So yeah, I'm at CMU now. The first couple days were alright but things are getting better. But anyways, this update is to my friends... I really miss you guys. You guys are all great and I love you all. I really hope to see you guys in November.
Oh, and I want to put a special thanks to Brittany and Arron who, might I add, did a great job at CRIM (but if you want more info on that, read Arron's journal). They both came up to CMU to drop me off and it really meant a lot to me that they would do that. It was really hard letting go of them but I know it is what has to happen. I will always be with you guys though. Even if you can't see me doesn't mean I'm not there. Plus, it's harder than that to get rid of me. : P

FRIDAY I went to Tori's house and hung out with her, Kat, and Carl. It was pretty fun. We went swimming (and they were being jerks taking my floaties away trying to make me drown. The water was like 100 feet high in her pool) and then we went put-puting (first time I ever went and I break the put-put. Way to go Bobby!).
SATURDAY Dream Cruise with Matthews and Burgess and then off to Stephanie's party. Her party was a lot of fun. We played a lot of DDR. She has a widescreen and medal DDR pads. It's so sweet. But I am going to miss Stephanie a lot. It was so sad leaving her house that day. Oh and I got THREE reviews on my new poem on the site and my friend Sara said it was great also. That made me happy.
TODAY What a day...
Got up at six and called Chris. He told me Gibralter opened at nine and not eight. Slept for an hour and he picked me up at eight to get there at nine. We got there at nine to figure out it opened at ten. Err... so we drove around Mount Clemens for a while and went to random places and got lost. They have a lot of dollar stores there, it's great. There was a parking lot with a Family Dollar and Dollar General in it. Anyways, we got there and started to go shopping. I bought some stuff and I bought two sweet Pink Floyd The Wall Shirts. It makes me happy. In my opinion, that is the best album of all time. Well we headed off out and we were on 94 back home and I said we should see the new bridge so we didn't take the exit to 696 and we just kept going but he said we should stop in Detroit at the Coney Island to get something to eat. Bad idea.... We got in Detroit and drove around for a bit. We saw the GM towers and wanted to go to the top and look out the windows. We found a parking spot and did but we could only get to floor 70 (still really high up) but there were no windows for us. We would have had to had a room there so we were pretty upset. We then kind of got lost in there. After looking at the new cars and spending an hour in there we headed out looking for the Coney Island and we kind of drove the wrong way and then we had to get back. We were talking. I guess in Canada gay marriage is legal. I was saying how Chris and I should get married. That's where the top quote came from. My stupid mouth. We cracked up for an hour about it. "Would you like a golden membership to Canada?" "Can I see your Canadian membership card?". We got there and we couldn't find a place to park. We decided to say "screw it" and just go back home. We saw a side street and wanted to park there but a guy yelled at us and told us to park in there. Chris thought it was free so he went in and then the guy said "two dollars" and I was saying "No, we don't want to park. We need money for food." and then this guy kept pushing and pushing us to park and he said "one dollar" and asked us if we smoked. Chris budged and so we parked. This parking guy was crazy. We don't even know if it was even his lot. We started walking and this guy came up to us saying he saw us park in there and that he is the "Popa Smurf" and will protect our car. He wouldn't leave us alone either and Chris gave him 83 cents. We started walking fast out of there and saw my dad strangly at the ball game. We then went to this burger place and got some food. It cost a lot so I had to pay for Chris. We got back to the car and we were scared as heck. WE LEFT A WINDOW OPEN! Nothing was stolen but our hearts were beating. Then all of a sudden this guy comes up to us saying he was protecting our car and we just tried to get out of there and gave him a quarter and some suckers (running out of money). Chris wanted to take 96 home instead of 75 so it took us a while to get home but we eventually did. Besides the Turkey Trot. I am staying away from Detroit. My mom just told me how she say a guy get knifed there when she was 16 coming home from a concert. Well anyways, we got Bryan to drive and we went up to Old Country Buffet. Good food and it was sad because I am going to miss those two. I was getting closer to them now lately as well. Tuesday might be the last day I see them. By the way....
On Tuesday we will be at MAPLE BEACH at KENNSINGTON METRO park.
Also, if you want to run CRIM with us, let me know.
